Cancellation Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required within seven days of your reservation. The balance of your payment is due 90 days prior to departure. Payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or a personal check, via Paypal, and must be in US dollars. We must receive your signed reservation form and deposit to confirm your reservation. Once received, we send you a confirmation including a detailed itinerary of your trip.
Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason for a cancellation. We strongly recommend travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage to protect against financial loss due to certain cancellations and other trip interruptions. You can purchase travel insurance online at www.insuremytrip.com.
If a guest chooses to cancel his or her reservation, A Taste of France Tours must receive written notification of said cancellation via an e-mail sent to info@atasteoffrancetours.com.
- Food & Wine Adventures cancellation fees are as follows:
- 91+ days (from the first day of the trip): $200 per person
- 61-90 days: 25% of the total price
- 31-60 days: 50% of the total price
- 0-30 days: 100% of the total price
- Customized Adventures cancellation fees are as follows:
- 120+days: 25% of total price
- 61-121 days: 50%of total price
- 0-60 days: 100% of total price
Responsibility:
A Taste of France Tours explicitly limits its' performance to the delivery of a tour with making arrangements for hotels, transportation, restaurants or any other service and does not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accidents, incidents or delay to any person or property due to an act of negligence of or default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour or by an act of God. Participants agree that A Taste of France Tours and it’s representatives are not liable for any accident, damages or injury.
Acts of God or acts of war/terrorism, any delay mishap, inconvenience, expense, sickness, government restraint, bodily injury, or death or loss or damage to property occasioned through the acts, negligence or defaults of any company or individual engaged in providing services to A Taste of France Tours. Only A Taste of France Tours may finalize an order or tour booking and make it a binding contract to provide the services of A Taste of France Tours to participants.
Responsibilities of participants include, but are not limited to the adherence of all local laws, respecting customs and culture, assessing abilities, respecting other participants' privacy, and following the suggestions and advice of A Taste of France Tours guide during a tour. A Taste of France Tours reserves the right to decline, accept, or retain at any time, any participant of a tour, if participants behavior is disruptive to the group or tour, is inappropriate and offensive to the group or interferes with the delivery of services of the tour.
A Taste of France Tours reserves the right to remove any participant from a tour if determined that the participant cannot meet the physical requirements of the tour, as stated in the tour itinerary, or is disruptive to the tour time schedule, or is adversely affecting the overall group dynamics. In the event that a participant is removed from a tour, no refunds will be made. Transportation costs to return home, airline penalties, and any other expenses will be the responsibility of the participant.
In the event that a participant voluntarily chooses to leave a tour, A Taste of France Tours will require a written, signed statement of the participant’s intent to depart from the tour and no refunds will be made. Transportation costs to return home, airline penalties, and any other expenses will be the responsibility of the participant. During a tour, participant engages in as many or as few activities of interest to him or her. No refunds for unused services, activities, excursions, workshops or portions of a tour for any reason will be made to participant.
The right is reserved to withdraw any activity in this offer and/or make such changes in the itinerary as may be found desirable for the convenience of the participants and A Taste of France Tours.
Use of Guest Images/Feedback:
Photographs and video taken by A Taste of France Tours representatives during a tour are the property of A Taste of France Tours, and may be used in promotional materials. Feedback, both verbal and/or written, provided by guests about a tour is also the property of A Taste of France Tours, and may be used in promotional materials, including A Taste of France Tours website and Facebook Group. Any guest who does not wish to have his or her photograph, video footage or feedback used in promotional material must advise a representative of A Taste of France Tours in writing no later than the tour start date.
